There is a growing appetite for diverse storylines such as Black Panther, Crazy Rich Asians, and Wonder Woman. However, despite the box office and tv shows reflecting diversity, the gaming world has yet to showcase relatable and diverse players. Glow Up Games was founded on the belief that the games and entertainment industry needs to reflect all voices and not just the mainstream. As a result, Glow Up games has produced beautifully crafted games for growing, underserved audiences for a chance to create new worlds of possibility.

Glow Up Games founders Dr. Mitu Khandaker, and Latoya Peterson are the perfect pair to "glow up" the gaming industry. With Dr. Mitu Khandaker's extensive background in computer engineering and creative technologies and Latoya Peterson's background in race representation advocacy in video games and pop culture publications, the two tackle the lack of representation in the gaming industry one game at a time.
